Additional fees and charges that may be applied to the regular groom price:

Late Drop-Off Fee: $20
Please ensure that you are on time to your appointment, as being late can negatively impact our ability to stay on schedule! A late drop-off fee of $25 will be added on if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we don't hear from you, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
Late Pick-Up Fee: $20
We ask that you promptly pick up your pets within 1 hour of being notified that they are ready! If you are unable to pick them up within that timeframe, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan for it! Dogs that are not picked up after several attempts to reach you will result in a $25 late pick-up fee being applied.
Excessive Matting Fee:
Excessive matting can be uncomfortable and painful for dogs! It requires extra time, care and specialized tools and methods to safely and effectively remove the mats without causing distress or injury to your pet. Depending on the severity there may be a $10-30 excessive matting fee added

COMPLETION TIME:
Most grooming appointments take around 2 hours but can vary anywhere from 1-4 hours, depending on the pets behavior, coat condition, and the services being performed. We will give you an estimated completion time at drop off. Every effort will be made to keep our scheduled grooms running smoothly and we will notify you via text or phone call when they are ready to be picked up. Please do not show up early as your dog may get over-excited and prevent us from being able to finish the job or cause unintentional injury. If you need your pets done by a certain time, please let us know prior and we will do our best to accommodate it.
MEDIA RELEASE:
You give permission to Beyond All Paws to take pictures of your pets before, during, or after their grooming appointment to use on our Facebook, Instagram, Website or for any other marketing or advertising purposes.
