SERVICE POLICIES
Appointments & Arrivals
- Please arrive on time to your scheduled grooming session.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
- All pets must be secured on a leash or in a carrier upon entering the facility.
Late Pickup Fees
- Pets should be picked up within 1 hour of receiving our completion notification.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 50% of the estimated grooming service cost.
Pet Behavior & Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or overly stressed pets.
- Owners must disclose any history of behavioral issues or bite risks prior to grooming.
- Safety is our priority; muzzles or additional staff support may be required.
Vaccination Requirements
- Proof of a current Rabies vaccination is mandatory for all pets visiting our salon.
- Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations are highly recommended.
- Pets exhibiting any signs of illness cannot be accepted for grooming.
- You must wait at least 24 hours after any vaccinations to schedule.
