SERVICE POLICIES

Appointments & Arrivals
  • Please arrive on time to your scheduled grooming session.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
  • All pets must be secured on a leash or in a carrier upon entering the facility.
Late Pickup Fees
  • Pets should be picked up within 1 hour of receiving our completion notification.
Cancellations & No-Shows
  • We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the estimated grooming service cost.
Pet Behavior & Safety
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or overly stressed pets.
  • Owners must disclose any history of behavioral issues or bite risks prior to grooming.
  • Safety is our priority; muzzles or additional staff support may be required.
Vaccination Requirements
  • Proof of a current Rabies vaccination is mandatory for all pets visiting our salon.
  • Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations are highly recommended.
  • Pets exhibiting any signs of illness cannot be accepted for grooming.
  • You must wait at least 24 hours after any vaccinations to schedule.
