This service includes gentle external expression of the anal glands to help prevent impaction, discomfort, and scooting. Recommended for dogs prone to buildup.

Excessive Matting Fee

Excessive matting can be uncomfortable and painful for dogs! It requires extra time, care and specialized tools and methods to safely and effectively remove the mats without causing distress or injury to your pet. Depends on the severity.

Special Handling Fee

This fee may be applied for pets that are aggressive or difficult to groom and require extra handling and time to safely groom them. Ranges from $10-$30 depending on the severity.
Extra Hand Scissoring Time / Longer Haircuts Fee

This fee may be applied for any haircut requested that is longer than 1" long due to extra time needed. Ranges from $10-30
Same Day Cancellation/No Call No Show Fee

This fee is for clients who don't give 24 hours notice when cancelling and cancel the same day or no call no show. It will be 50% of the groom fee and will be required to be pain before any future appointments can be confirmed.
